Anna's Wool store respects the existing italian legislation about e-commerce.
For each order placed, Anna's Wool invoices of material sent by mail order all'intestatario ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 and Decree 52/2004. Data supplied by the customer when the order will be included in the bill.
No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.
The customer can buy products in the electronic catalog at the moment at Anna's Wool order. Images and technical data in support of the board of a product may not be complete and thorough investigations of the characteristics (for example, can vary the shape of a bottle)
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Anna's Wool email response, sent to the email address supplied by the customer.
This confirmation message will again present all data entered by the customer undertakes to check for accuracy and timely corrections.
Placed the order at Anna's Wool you represent that you have read the terms and conditions of sale, methods of payment proposed and the entire procedure of purchase. With specific reference to Articles. 3 of legislative decree 185/89 and 4 you will receive, via e-mail, all the information needed to identify the seller and the customer will be kept together with the e-mail of acceptance of contract.
Methods of Payment
Purchases made on Anna's Wool are safe and secured and can be performed in different ways:
- Credit Transfer
Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where in you can enter with your email address and password and make payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with Anna's Wool but they will be handled directly by PayPal.
In case of order cancellation or rejection by Anna's Wool, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and Anna's Wool will be not responsible for delays and / or damage during repayment.
If items are received, which are then not wanted, they may be returned. After we send the email to confirm that the order has left our warehouse, the client may exercise his right to recede without penalities and without indicating any explanation for the return, as long as it is within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the parcel. While the items are in the clients possession, the client is obliged to conserve the items with care and not wear them. All returns are free of additional charges but must be sent back within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
To return items:
- 1 - Send an email to the address email@example.com clearly stating the order number and the items which are to be returned. On receipt of this email we will then send a label to be printed and stuck on the parcel,and we will provide the nearest possible location for the parcel to be dropped off for return.
- 2- Put the article or articles to be returned in their original box and use a wrapping which will protect the items. The items must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. Close the parcel well. Stick the label, which we will have sent, on the parcel and deliver it to the drop-off location provided.
Acceptance of returned items
Returned items must not have been worn and must be in the same conditions in which they were received. Once we have verified the conditions of the returned articles your payment method will be credited as soon as possible for the refund, with no additional costs. Clients must return goods to Anna's Wool without delay and always within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. Once the Client has informed us of his decision to recede the Contract, we will return the money as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date in which the Client receded the Contract, whatever amount was paid or was taken from a credit card for the items ordered. Anna's Wool reserves the right to refuse refunds on items in any case where the return procedures are not adhered to.

Information and Complaints
