If the product is available, it will take 2 to 10 days to receive it, depending on how long the courier’s takes to reach your destination.

If the package has not yet being shipped, you can reach me by mail or by phone to cancel your order.
If you want to withdraw a product:
- The returned good must be whole, not damaged in any way. At the arrival in warehouse, It will be examined to assess any damage or tampering, therefore we recommend the utmost care in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.
- The right of withdrawal is reserved only to physical persons, excluding purchases made by retailers or purchasing for resale to third parties.
- Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- To exercise this right you must send us a notice within 10 days of receipt of the ordered goods and then send the goods to us within a further 15 days.
How to withdraw a product
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for a withdraw, writing those requested informations:
- order number and order date
- invoice number
- item code of the returned products
- IBAN for refund
Wait for us to approve the withdraw, and then resend the goods within 15 days to:

Anna’s Wool will refund you within 14 working days from receipt of the goods providing to credit the customer the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. The aforementioned amount does not include shipping costs, in conformity to art. 5, comma 6, D.Lgs n. 185 del 22/05/1999
Every shipping is made through Express Courier.
